Allison Peirce
Executive Director
Allison Peirce is the Executive Director at Prairie Hills at Tipton, bringing a strong background in healthcare and a passion for senior living. She attended Iowa Wesleyan University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing along with associate degrees in Psychology and Biology.
Allison began her career in senior living in 2017 and has since been dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents and supporting her team. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care while fostering a warm and welcoming community.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys drag racing, camping, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. She is also a proud mother to her two-year-old daughter, who keeps her busy and brings endless joy.
With a deep commitment to senior care and a strong leadership approach, Allison continues to make a positive impact at Prairie Hills at Tipton.
